A Love Marriage is a romantic comedy about an unlikely love story between a matchmaker (Kim Min Hee, Goodbye Solo, Hellcats) and a divorce lawyer (Kim Ji Hoon, How Much Love). Their fateful meeting takes place when Kim Jin Hoon tries to stop Kim Min Hee from hooking up her client with a man whom he knows to be a scummy swindler. A Love Marriage is a term used in Korea for a marriage based on love as opposed to an arranged marriage. Reflecting the drama's fun-loving atmosphere, A Love Marriage OST features a number of guest artists like Maybee, J, HowL, and many more.
Humming Urban Stereo who participated in the popular soundtrack for The 1st Shop of Coffee Prince lends their composition skills in the principal track Yeon ae, a dazzling duet beautifully sung by Maybee and HowL. Other highlights include HowL's heart-piercing Han saram ("One Person" - Track 3); the gentle ballad Come to me (Track 2) featuring R&B queen J; the modern-rock Geu dae reul sarang he ("I Love You" - Track 4); Jung Jae Wook's Ee jen na reul boot jaba (Track 6); and Cheo eum ee ya ("First-time" - Track 5) featuring up-and-coming singer Yoon Seo.
